Kristi grew up in a rural Linden, Tennessee. She began her career directly out of high school working as a legal assistant in a small law firm in nearby Centerville. She continued in that capacity for 16 years, also working as Office and Human Resource Manager and Safety Director for a family owned trucking company. Anxious to grow and gain experience, she made the move to Nashville, taking a position as an assistant in an executive suites. Kristi enjoyed her employment there for four years while getting to know Jeff and Michael. In 2014, she was offered a position with their firm, and she has loved working in the wealth management and insurance industry with Harris & Pratt Wealth Management since that time.
As the Sr. Operations Assistant, Kristi is responsible for supporting Michael and Jeff by carrying out client support, assisting with client and Advisor inquiries, as well as other administrative duties.
Kristi and husband, Billy, enjoy spending time with their son, Cole Tinin, as well as extended family and friends. In her spare time, Kristi enjoys blogging and camping on the Tennessee River.
